Me, Alicia & Rachael got to hear the new album on Greg’s ipod on Friday Night at the Grand Rapids show.
It’s AMAZING!!
It looks like the name of the album is going to be “Wake Up The Sleepers” and it won’t be out until September!

Alright, so most everyone has probably heard the special treat that KH gave KHK to give out.
What are your thoughts on the new New York City Speed?

I got to hear about a month ago when Mat let me hear a rough mix with it and I fell in love with it all over again.

and if you guys haven’t seen this, someone filmed KH doing another new song “mouth to mouth” in Iowa.

From listening to the studio version of Mouth to Mouth, I am pretty sure this is the song that Amanda Palmer is singing on…but I’m not positive. There is a female vocal in the song though.

Greg also said that WTCMF probably won’t make it on the album. Which is too bad. But he did say something about having some chicago djs remix it and releasing it next year with remixes..so that would be awesome.

I can’t wait til September!!

They talked about the show, the new album, Mat’s broadway audition and Jon’s stepping away from Kill Hannah.

What does Jon stepping away mean for Friday Night? Is he going to play the show or who is going to step in for him?

BREAKING NEWS- PLEASE READ

Due to circumstances beyond our control, it is with very mixed emotions
that we officially announce the cancellation of our spring UK tour. It
breaks our hearts as much as yours.

First, we’d like to apologize to our good friends and brothers in
Medina Lake as well as all our fans in England who bought tickets, and
especially those who had plans to travel from Europe to attend the
shows.

A very cool band, The Audition, will be filling our slot on this run, and we
urge all KH fans to go out to support both bands.

As you know, we’ve been in the studio recording 5 songs for an EP.
Destiny suddenly changed overnight once we accepted a new record deal,
which now requires us to be in the studio until early summer in order
to complete a full album. Due to the strict and sudden release deadline
we found this tour impossible to pull off, no matter how hard we tried.

The silver lining is that we now have a real opportunity to make the
album that we’ve wanted to make for years, and with all our hearts we
promise it will be worth the wait.

We’ll immediately begin plans for a headlining world tour as soon as possible.

Again, we are truly sorry, and we thank you for your continued belief in Kill Hannah.

The boards “broke” a month or so ago and when I tried to fix them..it did NOTHING..so I just gave up on the boards.
Seeing as the new KH.com is supposed to be launched soon, I figured there’s no point for the boards to be up on kh.net anymore. Thank you to those who participated on them.

Hey Everyone!

I am currently collecting things for the NEW KILLHANNAH. COM SITE which will be up VERY SOON!!
I just need some help from the fans!
First off, anything you guys send to me must be sent to to the email address KHCOM@KILLHANNAH.NET

Here are your missions!

1.) There will be an ‘ASK WOOTER’ section on the NEW site.
We want your QUESTIONS!!
Types of questions that we are looking for:
“what pedals does dan use?”
“whats the best way to change guitar strings?”
“how do you deal with the power discrepancies in different countries?”
any sort of TECH questions!

2.) We need a comprehensive list of ALL PRESS- both online and scanned - reviews, interviews, etc..
So if you have links to online reviews, interviews, etc, send those links to the email address above. If you have scanned copies of reviews, interviews, etc. please send them as attachments to the email address listed above.

3.) We are also looking for any icons, wallpapers, banners, etc.
If you have some or would like to make some, please send them to the email address above as attachments!

4.) GUITAR TABS! If you have ‘em, know where to find ‘em or can write ‘em up yourself that would be TOTALLY AWESOME.

Hey everybody! We have landed safe and sound in the UK and are currently eating some curry in Manchester getting ready for the start of the tour tomorrow in Edinburgh. This is going to be an amazing run, headlining a tour across all of the UK, Ireland and Europe! We cant wait to see you all and promise you the best shows we can put on for all of you.

On another note, we wanted to introduce to you Tom Schleiter our good friend from the band Powerspace. (http://www.myspace.com/powerspace) Unfortunately, due to some personal matters and some outside obligations, Jonny wont be making it overseas, but will be back for New Heart For Xmas, so we’ve asked Tom to play guitar for us on this run! Powerspace is also from Chicago, and we’ve had the opportunity to tour with them a couple of times over the last year in the USA. Please welcome him on the tour and make him feel the love of KH fans and KHK members!

Also, make sure you get to the shows early to check out the other bands touring with us, My Passion, Exit Ten, Serpico and Gundogs. (check myspace to see who is on what dates)
